Beware! On a recent visit to the island and had pre-trip car issues. Rented a bike in case I couldn't bring my own. Was able to at last minute and cancelled the rental a week prior to pick up date. Was informed they would not refund my $114 downpayment as it was their policy. I did not see this policy on the website when I booked the rental or I would have not accepted this. Rental bikes were perfectly tuned. Staff was very attentive and friendly, providing excellent advice re trails. Highly recommended.
