Just got my new bike and love it. A million times different then my old bike. Staff went above and beyond to make sure the bike fit me. And also we pimped it out with special hand grips and a kick stand. Would for sure recommend Ryan and his team and Sarah was great also and Cowen who suggested I go there. Hope he gets a bonus this is not just a rental bike shop which I thought it was until Cowen told me they sell bikes.
Purchased my ebike at Beaufort. Great service and a large variety to choose from.
This is the second time renting mountain bikes from Beaufort Cycles. The bikes were great and worked beautifully on the trails in Cumberland Forest. The staff went above and beyond, tweaking settings and more before heading out. I highly recommend Beaufort Cycles.
