Could not get a live voice
They are currently trying to illegally turn off my water, wouldn't show proof of them even sending my bills to me (because I haven't been receiving them) and they were supposed to do a leak adjustment, they only credited $202 on a $600 bill. For WATER. ONLY WATER. The supervisor, Ashley, hung up on me and then called me back when I tried to report her and STILL offered no resolution.
