I got a phone call confirming the order and double-checking that I could wait the 6-8 weeks standard processing time of all Jon Hart pieces (I thought that was VERY nice and thoughtful). Also got a phone call when the pieces shipped out to me. Lovely personal touch and great service from beginning to end.
