BeauChapeau Hat Shop first opened its doors on May 1st, 1997 at 126 Queen St. in the little town of Niagara-on-the-Lake, Ontario. Since then, it has been our desire to delight our guests with an ever growing selection of hats for both women and men. They censored my review on their website so I will do one on here too. I bought a Stetson open road from this shop. The hat and the price are good. Two stars for censoring reviews and sending the wrong box for the hat AND using that box as the shipping box. For context, you are supposed to store this hat in the box it comes in during the off season so it keeps its shape. If I’m paying $400+ for a hat, I expect to get the right box and not have it covered in tape and a shipping label.
A neat hat store with practically every type of headdress one might need, I ended up buying a Tilley while there after spending years humming about whether I needed one. We came in just before closing time without realizing it, and the staff on site were very friendly and accommodating despite our unintended faux-pas. I would love to go back one day and find a reason to buy one of their custom made hats!
Super cute boutique hat shop with a huge assortment of hats, toques, and beautiful fascinators! The sales associate Selena is such a sweetheart and made my little girl's visit especially memorable. Thank you 😊
