I would give a negative, but its not possible. After 3 emails and 2 VM asking to get my $5.00 membership fee back. I opened an account online and its been a month now and I still have not been approved and no one will respond to any of my requests. I opened a BMO account and was approved in 15 min and had my debit card in 3 days. Just terrible, this is unacceptable. Shame on you!
Because I have an account through the NBTA in Fredericton, I don't get very friendly service. It always feels as if I am an inconvenience to this local branch. .
