I have previously had good experiences here but the last time I got a very sub par shellac polish job. I didn’t realize how bad it was until I got home and could really look but there’s gel polish all over my skin and on my cuticle, which will make it rip later when it starts to lift. In some places the gel has literally cured to my skin and I had to pull my whole toe nail away from my skin to get it off. Madisyn has been the most incredible esthetician I’ve ever worked with. I’ve seen her twice now and I am extremely happy with the results I am seeing so far. She is so kind, personable, and so talented at what she does. She takes the time to hear about my concerns and recommends products that will fit my lifestyle. If I could give her a 10 stars I would! Not to mention her setup is always clean and organized. I am so lucky to have found her! I highly recommend her!
Sadly, the worst mani/pedi of my life. The tech may have had a bad day, or is just an unhappy person- hard to tell. But she should not be in the service industry. After an awful experience, my nails (both fingers and toes) peeled up and chipped in two days. When I called to schedule a re-do, they did apologize, and didn’t charge me for the fix.
