I've been treated by Katie many times over the past two years. Some were for sports injuries and some for strength training for my sporting aspirations. Every injury treatment has been spot-on to get me going again in the shortest time. The machines they have including Sports Ready are seriously helpful. The rehabilitation, strength and training programs have achieved exactly what I needed. I continue to use these programs. Very highly recommended.
I would like to recommend the remedial masseuse Matt to anyone needing such a service. Matt was very thorough and showed excellent expertise in his profession. I felt that he dealt with my issues very attentively and came away feeling so much better. I also found that Matt,s suggestions for exercise particular to my issues were thoughtful and helpful.
