My daughter has been treated by John Ryan for the past 5 months. At 16, she was a bit unsure about starting physio, but from the very first session she felt completely comfortable and supported. John was NOT a good physio, he was unprofessional, rude and very frustrating to speak with. I STRONGLY DON'T RECOMMEND unless you want to be ignored.
Extremely disappointing experience. I was given a different physio than I had previously seen, and he clearly had no understanding of my situation or even why I was there for a hip reconstruction rehab. Instead, I was seen by someone whose background was in shoulder rehabilitation, which felt completely inappropriate. The appointment lasted barely 20 minutes, and in that time he didn’t answer my questions or provide any meaningful guidance.
