I've had physio appointments with John for quite a while now and can confirm he's professional and knowledgeable, being able to explain most questions in a way that's easy to understand. On top of this he's very kind, approachable and motivating, which I think are great traits to have in this sort of environment, especially from a PT. Couldn't recommend him more (already have to my friends and family lol)
My daughter has been treated by John Ryan for the past 5 months. At 16, she was a bit unsure about starting physio, but from the very first session she felt completely comfortable and supported. She was treated for MTSS and a lower limb haematoma, and we were so impressed by the thorough assessment and clear, accurate diagnosis right from the start. John was NOT a good physio, he was unprofessional, rude and very frustrating to speak with. I STRONGLY DON'T RECOMMEND unless you want to be ignored.
Extremely disappointing experience. I was given a different physio than I had previously seen, and he clearly had no understanding of my situation or even why I was there for a hip reconstruction rehab. Instead, I was seen by someone whose background was in shoulder rehabilitation, which felt completely inappropriate. The appointment lasted barely 20 minutes, and in that time he didn’t answer my questions or provide any meaningful guidance.
