Bob has worked with us for years and it is hard for us to beieve the vry few negative comments as I believe there are those who are not happy no matter what outcome there is. There was one comment which was a totally political one which has zero to do with his profession however Warwick is so "woke" with people who may be sued as they actually created a list of companies who are of a different political party and asked people to boycott them. WORST.ATTORNEY.EVER and that's being generous! Bob is never available, he belittles you and doesn't explain anything thoroughly. His secretary Karen is the devils advocate, there's plenty of other attorneys out there so please beware and go elsewhere if you want someone who actually cares to handle such a big purchase.
HORRIBLE ATTORNEY PLEASE BEWARE! WILL NOT ANSWER YOUR CALLS AND WILL SCAM YOU OUT OF MONEY. REGRET THE HOUSE I LIVE IN BECAUSE OF HIS UNETHICAL PRACTICES HE DOES NOT PROTECT HIS CLIENTS AND SHOULD LOSE HIS LICENSE!!!
This office puts gigantic trump signs up ruining the ambiance of the town park, please put them up at your business instead of making it appear the village is supporting that political party.
Be wary of enlisting Beattie and Krahulik to sell your home. We ran into a number of issues with them - and constantly felt they were not operating with our best interests in mind. Several times what was put into an email to them was completely ignored - and contacts came back agreeing to all of the buyers lawyers demands. Even the wire transfer was handled incorrectly on their end. You’d be best to look elsewhere.
