Small town rip off. avoid Small town rip off, avoid.I'm landlord by mistake of economy. Bought house in 2007, my company closed Champaign office. I had to relocate. Instead of doing foreclosure I rented house. Renters turned to be crooks and stopped paying rent and rejected Âto move out of my property.I contacted Ellen BeattieÂfor legal advise to evict them. She charged me $270 for 5day notice (which can be found on google search) and another couple of 100's for emails. Then she stopped to reply to emails.Shame.
