Poor customer service with phone system in place no helpful at all. As mentioned in previous comments you never able to connect with support planner, commcation and home visits are never given and dont show up to clients homes. Support planner didn't have work cell phones and never pick up work phone ext.
January 2026 Update- I asked this horrible agency for a referral to transfer to another agency instead they attempted to assign another CCS. I called the state directly and outlined the complaints that I have filed against this vendor and the case was transferred . Call the state directly and ask for your DDA case to be transferred . This is the most incompetent place anyone could be in, support planners, supervisors or the entire agency really needs to be fired and reorganized seems like everyone forgets that the situation we’re in could happen to anyone at all given time these people just forget that we are all human beings subject to fall apart at any time you don’t have to worry life has a way of reminding us that karma is real and everything said mean or aggressive is coming back to you and even if life doesn’t bring you to this stage early just bew... read more
