It's a business that is in service to serve those in need of safe, reliable, and courteous transportation. Each employee has been friendly and willing to assist to and from the buildings. I will highly recommend this service to others.
I'm not sure if they are paying people to do fake reviews, but a ghetto-money-hungry company who doesn't care about the people they serve. They caeto get me for a 10am appointment a half hour away and told me "we're busy" at 950am. I had to cancel. My insurance only allows a half hour window, which they constantly disrespect. PLEASE do not use this "BLACKISSTAND" company. I had to report them to my insurance company for picking up trips they do not have the driver's to handle and making me late.
All the guys are super nice and professional. I've never been late for an appointment. They truly care about the people they transport. Thank you for everything!!!
