Because every bookstore beats them – This bookstore is family run. However, it is not very college student friendly. In my experience it is more of a store for parents to buy their children books. The owner lures dear old mom in and promises that he will "buy every single book back". However, when it comes time for a semester to end he will refuse to buy more than half of the books you bought.
