Canceling orders constantly for no reason
i ordered a phone and got a different phone a lower model then i ordered i ordered the fist picture, and got the 2nd 3rd
what should’ve been new, but was used, that is what was delivered.
Ordered a phone last year and it seemed fine besides taking two weeks to actually get delivered. Phone quit working a few months later so we ordered the same kind of phone. Again, took a while to get to us. The phone didn't even work 24 hrs before it would restart every time a text or phone call came in. Pulled the battery out and there is "2023" written in sharpie marker on the battery. Customer service responded and then ghosted. Watch out they will send u used phones when you pay for a new phone. And when you order they will send you an email that it was successful and after waiting and wasting your time for a few days when it's already supposed to arrive to you they will let you know that it was cancelled because of fraud suspicion. What an excuse
