Ordered a phone last year and it seemed fine besides taking two weeks to actually get delivered. Phone quit working a few months later so we ordered the same kind of phone. Again, took a while to get to us. The phone didn't even work 24 hrs before it would restart every time a text or phone call came in. Pulled the battery out and there is "2023" written in sharpie marker on the battery. Customer service responded and then ghosted. Watch out they will send u used phones when you pay for a new phone. And when you order they will send you an email that it was successful and after waiting and wasting your time for a few days when it's already supposed to arrive to you they will let you know that it was cancelled because of fraud suspicion. What an excuse

I agree with the other poor reviews. The phone took over two weeks to get to me. Right away we figured out that the phone wasn't going to work with our carrier. It has been a hugely long hassle to return the phone and get a refund. EVERY step of the way took two emails AT LEAST. If you don't continue to reach out, they will not process anything. Two months later I finally have my refund. (Which is why I'm giving them 2 stars.) But seriously, this is the worst company I have ever dealt with. So dishonest.
