I agree with the other poor reviews. The phone took over two weeks to get to me. Right away we figured out that the phone wasn't going to work with our carrier. It has been a hugely long hassle to return the phone and get a refund. EVERY step of the way took two emails AT LEAST. If you don't continue to reach out, they will not process anything. Two months later I finally have my refund. (Which is why I'm giving them 2 stars.) But seriously, this is the worst company I have ever dealt with. So dishonest.
Customer service came off really rude in response. Actually wanted to continue getting the phone originally ordered that I had given the wrong billing address for. They didn’t act the least bit interested in helping me continue to order the phone with the correct mailing address. For a supposed veteran owned company. It has a really low set of standards that’s for sure.
