Shockingly bad experience with this retailer. Not only did I pay for installation for someone to show up with no tools or experience and ran off in two seconds when face with a little issue. But, once I finally did get the machine installed it broke within the first day when an internal playe sheered off and destroyed the drum. The store then left me to deal with GE, rather than take any responsibility what so ever, they just kept saying they don't check any of the machines. Purchased a new fridge from Mo and he was great.

I just had a new Maytag washing machine delivered to the Retreat Centre that I manage. I want to personally thank Mo for his helpfulness over the phone and helping me select the right machine for my needs. He then went above and beyond and delivered our new machine, installed it, and took away the old broken machine. His assistant KD was equally as helpful, and both men made this such an easy procedure. I look forward to working with Mo and Bears again in the future.
When I had a little problem with my new induction range, Mo (and Frigidaire) were right there to look after me. Bears wants you to be a happy customer - I really felt like Mo had my back.
