Very grumpy owner. Pretended not to hear me when I speak perfectly fluent and native English. Almost walked out on me when I was asking for some tips on how to fish Cayuga Lake. Only reason not giving a 1 star is the live bait was high quality and stayed alive for a long time
Steve is as good as it gets with this little shop.. yea he’s cash only but the prices are better then most people. Iv been coming here since I was a kid with my father and Steve’s always got what I needed and always willing to listen to your fishing story’s an share a laugh or two..he even fixed my airator when it took a crap on me..keep up the good work buddy!!
My friends, family and I have been going to Bear’s for over 30 years, and have never been disappointed. By far the friendliest people you could ever meet. Always lookin’ forward to seeing, and talking fishin’ with Bear!
