5 stars Bearnson and Caldwell has the best team of attorneys and paralegals that I know. They are always there for you and will answer any question you have in a timely matter. Would definitely recommend to anyone living in cache valley if you need a lawyer to go here.

Not sure what "Panter's" review is all about but even as a layman I find it strange someone could spend "10s of Thousands" in an issue like this. Find it hard to believe because I have an issue with a neighbor over a simple property line and Bearnson & Caldwell is doing a TOP NOTCH job for me. I initially went to them because they are highly recommended by our Chamber of Commerce and I'm glad I did. I highly recommend them and only give them 5 Stars because there is no way to give them 20!
