My first and last time reaching out. Melissa was extremely unprofessional. I understand conflict of interest when you’re already representing someone you are trying to build a case for, but to say “I don’t have to explain shit to you byeeeee” and then hanging up left a horrible impression on her as the phone lady, and the company as a whole.
