These guys are great, I bought a bike from them and I'm all the way in Pennsylvania! They went above and beyond to answer all my questions and the bike was packaged great. I wouldn't hesitate to buy a bike from them again. They were far more helpful than the Specialized shops closer to me.
Awesome service and professionalism! My wife and I are on a 107-day camping trip through North America. While riding in the Nevada desert, my derailer busted and I ended up carrying my bike back to our tent site. I called Bear Valley since we were heading to California. They had me send photos of my derailer via text message. When I showed up at their shop two days later, my new derailer had already been delivered. They installed it and tuned my bike at a fair price. Highly recommended!
