Not a good banking experience. Nearly impossible to reach by phone. Will not return a phone call as promised.
The Ashdown location redefines “banker’s hours!” Better call before you make the drive to make sure they’re open. That branch should just be shut down. Can’t depend on them.
Bank hours on google says closing time is at 5:00pm. Stopped in at 4:30 and they’re closed! They need to fix hours! Drove from Texarkana for nothing!
