WOW! I came to review what I thought to be an incredible find during a trip that took us through Petersburg and I must say .. I couldn't disagree with the previous posters more! As the previous person has posted I have found that the customer service at Bear Neccessities is horrendous! I have shopped here off and on for the past several years. Mainly because they have such a large selection of Tervis and other unusual gifts. It is pretty routine for me to spend $50+ here every couple months. I have noticed the owners lack of genuine friendliness and concern for customers but my experience here has taken the cake!
