We are a family of 6 including children. The location is perfect for cruise passengers with only a short walk to the office. Sitka is so easy to navigate and you can beat the big tour buses and travel at your own pace. This is a local company who are only a phone call away if you have any questions or concerns, not a call centre at an unknown location. The service was very good and we would use Bear Mountain again if we returned to Sitka.

We were on a cruise stop in Sitka and needed a car at the last minute to explore the island. Bear Mountain car rental came through fast—friendly service, clean car, and pick-up right near the cruise port. They made it easy for us to see places we’d never reach on foot. Highly recommend for any cruise visitors needing a quick, reliable rental in Sitka!
