I took a rim there , it took seem like months to get it back. They couldn’t spare a little customer service to sit up my tire ? Or would that be a charge? You might want to put some air in a flat tire before you give it back to customer . Would you want a road service to replace your tire and not fill it up. Use common sense. Up sell

Jeremiah and the guys did an excellent job working with Orbea on getting a replacement frame for my bike. As soon as the parts were delivered, they began working to put it all back together. Extremely happy with the process and customer service. I was always updated on the timeline. Which is very helpful when you just want to ride your bike.
