Went in store earlier this afternoon to possibly buy a $4K mountain bike and the Service was just pathetic!!! There were 3 workers huddled around a small box looking possibly like a tube after one said He was going to see what mountain bikes were available in blue. I stood patiently at front counter watching this for a few minutes as the guy that was suppose to check on bikes for me ignored me then I just walked out!!!! Will never step foot in there again. We just got a great deal on a specialized mountain bike and Jeremiah was absolutely outstanding! He was an expert at pointing out the differences between each model and how that could apply to the specific rider. He even stayed after closing to make sure we had all the accessories we needed. Great guy and great experience!
They did gears on my bike and know shifts perfect
