This store is a shining star in Waco. The staff are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. They have always gone the extra mile to make sure that customers are satisfied. Most of all, they are engaging and friendly with customers. I highly recommend this store!
I took a rim there , it took seem like months to get it back. They couldn’t spare a little customer service to sit up my tire ? Or would that be a charge? You might want to put some air in a flat tire before you give it back to customer . Would you want a road service to replace your tire and not fill it up. Use common sense. Up sell
Great service and very friendly staff. Took my bike in and was able to get it back same day.
