Once again I go into the bike shop to be greeted by Jeremiah and he was happy to help me get my new (to me) bike up to working speed. Can’t appreciate this shop and Jeremiah anymore with their exceptional service
I recently visited Bear Mountain for my annual bicycle refit. When a problem unrelated to the maintenance work cropped up shortly afterwards, they comped the labor and did the additional repair for the cost of parts. The work was always done quickly and well and I feel very well treated and will be bringing my bicycle back for future refits.
Fixed my tire when a bunch of other shops couldnt. Highly Highly recommend this place with your bike troubles!

I have been in the store a few times now and they are not just there to say hi they know their craft they speak exact terms and will help you find the right bike and a plan. I am new to trail running and riding and I got a starter bike and a carry hitch for my truck. I shopped around and they are not the lowest or highest they have a fair price but the true value is in their people and the service.
