I travel the country full-time and I have yet to find a massage therapist with Gregory’s approach. I have adhd, anxiety, cptsd, a history of chronic illness, (etc.) Because of this, I’m often in a state of “fast-paced, overwhelmed-hyperdrive” and what stands out to me the most about Gregory’s technique is the slowness. Bear is a gifted massage therapist. His hands are so much better than any prescription painkiller on the market. His knowledge and techniques are superior in his field. He is personable, calm, and listens carefully. He has relieved intense pain that I have endured for many years.

A 10-series of Structural Integration with Bear changed my life. I had chronic pain and felt like a prisoner in my body. Moving hurt as much as not moving. Bear put me back in touch with my breath, opened my tree of life (spine), and I can inhabit my body again with ease and joy. Spiritually, mentally, and physically I feel like I have a new lease on life and can maintain it with mindful movement.
