I did a structural 10 series with Bear and it completely changed how I use my body. My posture has significantly improved and chronic pain that I was having in my shoulder is mostly gone. My body has learned to engage and use muscles that have been long dormant. I'm just so much more relaxed. He works at a depth and level of understanding that most don't. I LOVED Bear’s style of work. Slow, deep, methodical. When we took a break to see how the one side of my body felt compared to the other that he had not yet worked, the side that he had felt almost weightless from the relaxed state it was in. And when i walked away from the table my nervous system felt so much slower and calm. Thanks Bear for your incredible work!
