Bear Creek Villa is an excellent place for senior to stay. All staff are very helpful and nice, especially their staff Rowena. My mother who is 90 years old stayed there for nearly a year. As I am in Hong Kong, Rowena assisted us for all communication with my mom. Rowena helped me to do lots of communication with mom doctor. I can't say enough positive things about Bear Creek Villa and Bear Home Care services. My Dad moved in about a month ago and it has been such a great experience for him. He says he feels like he's on vacation! The staff are truly caring and go out of their way to help. They are all very kind and friendly. The food is really good. Family member passed away at the villa. Owner and staff were very uncompassionate and difficult to deal when trying to move her belongings and finalize her lease.

Most amazing place. My parents were hesitant to live in a senior living place but the suites are bright and spacious and the staff are second to none. They quickly felt at home. Lots of activities, everyone is friendly, inviting and the staff go the extra mile to include people. They also check on the residents frequently and thanks to them, they caught an issue with my mom and called 911 and informed us right away. We are incredibly grateful for them!
