I had a relative in this facility and there was a med-tech there named stephanie who was so good to her, and made her stay actually enjoyable! I recently found out that she is not working there anymore because I was going to have flowers delivered to her for being so kind to my grandma! and it's so disappointing because she was so good to her and she made her stay enjoyable! Thank you Stephanie for everything you did!!!

My mom has been a resident at Bear Creek for 7mos now and I am so thankful to have her here! The administration staff went above and beyond to help me get her transferred and admitted from another facility that wasn't performing appropriately or professionally. The staff at Bear Creek are always incredibly friendly and caring of their residents and their families.... all the way to the kitchen staff.
