Horrible experience, went to visit with family and my disabled 8yr old brother. My little brother had to use the bathroom so I walked him outside to wait for the rest of our family and the lady behind the desk came out screaming at us to not use her yard when all we were doing was standing outside. Horribly rude and incredibly awful.
Stopped here to shop with family. We got there a couple minutes before everyone else so we were texting our family asking where they were at.we had been there about 3-4 minutes. Only ones in the parking lot. Someone comes out of the store and very rudely and clearly looking for a confrontation says “You guys got a problem?” I replied “Just texting our family back while we wait for them.” And she replies “ Well our security said you guys are out here causing problems” I said “Nope just waiting for family” she rolled her eyes ... read more
This is for the lady that acts like she’s busy while her husband is working. The husband's seems shy but is very friendly, smiles and interacts with his customers. The wife on the other hand should learn some customer service and people skills especially with customers that want to spend money in there. I love the store, but her attitude just about made me leave everything and walk out. He is the only reason why I didn’t. It’s not his fault she is the way she is, a different attitude would do their store some justice.
I'm sure I have been treated worse on a phone call, but I can't remember when. All the reviews that say the owner is angry and treats people awful are accurate. If it's that bad on the phone, can you imagine how awful it is in person?! Buy your cheap tourist crap online and save yourself the trouble.
If I could give zero stars I would. Stopped to feed my baby, give him a break from the car seat, wait for my husband to jump in with us to finish our drive to Stanley because my baby was screaming his head off. Would’ve happily went in and bought something when I was done. However, owner came out and told me no long term parking. I told him what I was doing.
