Bear claw gift shop was out of the insect plastic casted keychains I wanted. I initially went up there to meet some of my co-workers halfway from Hailey to give them some message boards for a construction zone. I did look around the gift shop for about five minutes. Extremely rude, the kids were hungry so, we decided to grab a snack. I wish I had of just left the items at the counter. My daughter forgot she had her water bottle in her pocket (a brand they don’t even carry and was nearly empty) and the woman at the counter very rudely told us that she had just kicked a boy out for having his drink with him and that she could call the cops. Cheap items, owners were short and rude, and didn't even let us use there restroom, that we have used in the past.
I see a significant pattern of horribly rude ownership. Last time we went in 2022 my step-daughter was yelled at for touching the necklaces. They scared her so bad she started crying. We intended to buy her whatever necklace she picked out. We were told we need to grab them for her and she can't touch. She's a well behaved, gentle child. This year my daughter was yelled at for touching the carpets. I put all of our stuff away and walked out. We will never go back again.
