I represent the Clayton Fire and Police Foundation and Beanstalk was the creator of our current website. They did a great job with the initial proposal, met in person with our Board and with the help of Rebecca and the whole development team, we have a super good looking Foundation website. In addition, they provide complimentary training so that your administrators can do many of the updates rather than needing to call upon Beanstalk to do it. Absolute nightmare to deal with. We wanted our website revision by Black Friday. Promised it would be done, didn’t get anything finished until February. Classic case of over promise and under deliver. On top of that our finished product was not good. We not only had to find a different company to do what we initially wanted but to also clean up the mess.

I hired Beanstalk to help build the foundation of a new website for my business, and unfortunately the experience was very disappointing. After more than two months of working together and paying half of the project cost upfront, I still never received a functioning development site to review. The only progress made was a basic sitemap and a rough homepage mockup with placeholder images and buttons. Communication was also difficult during the project. We had an issue with our Facebook media page, so an employee here reached out to them to help and fix the issue, months went by and nothing help, they came to our office, still couldn't figure what was going on. They know nothing, but still tried taking us to court for $4300.00. We have so much work and wasn't gonna waste our time dealing with them so we just paid it to be done. But to let everyone else aware, DO NOT HIRE THEM. SCAMS.
