Three points across the board. I had Sean fit my bike, and after an hour on the trainer, he had it dialed in. The fit has improved my ride, and it was a great price. The shop is stocked with goodies, and they are very willing to help, and make sure you are happy. I have found my prefered bike shop.
I went there to purchase a bike for my son for Xmas. Sean assisted me from A to Z in order to select the best bike for my son. Afterwards I asked him about a bike for myself and he suggested a few bikes for me and offered to speak to some of his contacts to see if they could hook me up. So far I recommended 3 other people here and they too were satisfied.
