Openning hours are wrong or they close early. Either way plan before 16:00, been caught out on multiple occasions. Other than that, good shop.

Well stocked with goods, friendly staff. We enjoyed their tea selection, and went back repeatedly for ginger tea.
Nice selection of teas and spices, as well as beans, grains, nuts, soaps. We were told there is fresh bread delivered on Fridays, but it would be nice to find fresh whole meal (100%) bread without calcium propionate and I would have hoped a health food store would have this readily available. No luck. There is no fresh produce, so it is a limited store.
This shop pretty good for what you need, and management is very well knowledgeable in what she knows in her business of medical skills of what product not use or to use, i was given an idea to use a particular gel for an inflamed knee problem that i have had for some month's now, despite the other products i have used up to now that obviously has not worked or only works for a short periods of time.
