Bean Group Sales Agent Barry W****** brought a client to see my home for sale, listed with another agent. Either his client or he backed into my granite mailbox post and sheared it off a couple of inches above the ground. He let my agent know and said the client did it, but did not offer his or his client's insurance information, nor his client's name. Let me start by apologizing for all the confusion and hostility. As soon as my client informed me that he had damaged the mail box post, I contacted the listing agent. She asked me to handle getting it fixed because the seller was out of state. I told her I would get it fixed and as a service to my client, I agreed to handle the coordination of the repair. Bean Group is a bad player in the industry. They promised me the world, saying they would check listing twice a day and would treat me the same as someone buying a multi million dollar home... That all changed once I signed the buyers agreement. I missed out on listing after listing because I wasn't a "priority". In the end I insisted they revoke the contract. They gladly did but only after they sent me an email with EVERY SINGLE LISTING within 50 miles of our search area. Ofcourse the release agreement stated they get a cut... read more
