Patty was a wonderful agent in planning our trip to Italy. Every detail was perfect from booking the hotel rooms and scheduling our transportation! Highly recommend!!!
Last month our family of eight went on a 9-day cruise on Royal Caribbean’s Liberty of the Seas and we also spent some time in London, England. Our whole trip was exceptional thanks to Patty at Bean Cruises and Travel. She helped us put together a perfect itinerary for our stay in London and found excellent rooms for our cruise. We had a wonderful time and will definitely be using Bean Cruises and Travel on any future trips,
We had such a lovely cruise and trip to Alaska, thanks to Patty at Bean Cruises and Travel. Everything was so organized, and moved along so smoothly. Patty always answered any questions we had, prior to the trip, and sent a lovely charcuterie board, chocolates and champagne, to our state room, while we were on the trip. If you are considering a trip and/or cruise, I can't recommend bean Cruises and Travel, enough.
My wife and I recently used Bean Cruises and Travel, and Jennifer was our agent. From the moment we walked in to plan our trip, she made the entire process easy and stress-free. Jennifer gave us a variety of great options that fit perfectly within our budget, and we ultimately chose the Dominican Republic. Patty Bean the owner of Bean cruises needs to retire. She is arrogant and condescending. She stated to me that she does not care to work with people who don't want to pay top dollar to her for a vacation. She quoted me 2000.00 for airfare "ONLY" to Sicily leaving from Toronto which is a 3 hour drive from Rochester. She wants me take a 15 hour day of travel and then drive 3 hours to get home. She doesn't care how long you sit in an airport for a layover and doesn't care how overpriced the trip is as long as she gets top dolla... read more
