We had such a lovely cruise and trip to Alaska, thanks to Patty at Bean Cruises and Travel. Everything was so organized, and moved along so smoothly. Patty always answered any questions we had, prior to the trip, and sent a lovely charcuterie board, chocolates and champagne, to our state room, while we were on the trip. If you are considering a trip and/or cruise, I can't recommend bean Cruises and Travel, enough.
My wife and I recently used Bean Cruises and Travel, and Jennifer was our agent. From the moment we walked in to plan our trip, she made the entire process easy and stress-free. Jennifer gave us a variety of great options that fit perfectly within our budget, and we ultimately chose the Dominican Republic. She provided plenty of resort choices and helped us find the one that was right for us. Patty Bean the owner of Bean cruises needs to retire. She is arrogant and condescending. She stated to me that she does not care to work with people who don't want to pay top dollar to her for a vacation. She quoted me 2000.00 for airfare "ONLY" to Sicily leaving from Toronto which is a 3 hour drive from Rochester. She wants me take a 15 hour day of travel and then drive 3 hours to get home. It was a joy to work with Jennifer!! Not sure why I stopped using a travel agent years ago but this experienced reminded me why someone should. Took the hassle away of finding transportation before and after our cruise, booked the hotels needed and though there was a slight snafu with one (not Bean's fault) Jennifer was responding to my emails and texts early Saturday morning to help rectify the situation!
