RecommendedMy husband & I just returned from the ultimate all inclusive vacation @ Sandals Grande in St. Lucian. Patty Bean was instrumental in navigating us with all the changes due to COVID 19. She was able to negotiate an amazing upgrade because of reservation changes. We had a direct flight on JetBlue. The airline and Sandals Resort took safety measures to another level. We took our first bucket list trip, and Patty made a trip for us we will never forget. Starting with flying out of Toronto, all the way to Rome, having a car service pick us up and take us directly to our Hotel , which Patty also suggested, and it was wonderful! 2 days in Rome , a car service picked us up and took us to our ship, and a car picked us up after 10 days on the Mediterranean, and took us to the airport. Patty was an absolute pleasure to work with. she will answer your calls or texts at anytime during your trip if something was to go wrong. I'm already booking next year's trip with her.
Patty goes above and beyond with for our travels. Have had several amazing vacations planned by her. We visited islands in Greece where we were the only travelers. In Galapagos we say creatures that live nowhere else on the planet. Already planning our next trip!
