Tracy is a great help with my taxes
I've worked with Tracie for several years. Always available and always professional.
Would leave a negative amount of stars if I could. Lady who answers the phone and is at the front is nothing but disrespectful and unprofessional. Made me feel like an inconvenience for even calling for my previous years tax returns. I have never spoken to someone with such incompetence she threatened to send my information via email with all of my personal information up for grabs for scammers. She also hung up on me.
