Ordered a bean bag and they filled it right away so we could take it home with us! The people that run the store were very kind! Great experience and love the bean bag
In the summer of 2020, I bought three bean bags with embroidered names for my kids. They are great bean bags that my kids love to lounge on while watching movies or playing video games. Within about 6 months, one of the bean bags got a hole right along the embroidery. I called and was told my bean bag was still under warranty; however, they were not taking in any repairs because of Covid.
