I had been a customer for a number of years; however, recently (perhaps because of the pandemic their network traffic increased) their service speeds dropped and the times with unstable internet service increased. I have to reset my equipment several times a day to get a connection. You don't receive the speeds you are promised. I pay around 80 dollars a month. It is the highest speed available for residential, and about a third of the time, I am having to work at dial-up speeds. Customer service is decent when you can get ahold of them, but it doesn't matter how nice your employees are when you can't deliver the promised product. I would cancel my account in a heartbeat? if it wasn't the only unlimited data option.

I have had internet service with Beamspeed for two months and the quality has been unacceptable to say the least. I have been running speed tests to test the download and upload speeds and don't recall a time where my speeds reach what I pay for. I have called numerous times for assistance and that has not helped. The price for their internet service is beyond anything I have ever paid for internet but the quality and reliability of the service is very poor.
