If you want to actually feel better, there is no one I recommend more than Brenda and Beam Wellness. She is simply the best and will leave your body feeling how it should! Ian has been a fantastic addition as well, cannot recommend this place enough.
I was referred to Brenda after looking for someone to help me with a hip issue I had been having for 6+ months. I have had plenty of body work in my life, but HANDS DOWN she was by far the absolute best. I have been struggling with pain for almost a year now and it has effected my gym routine and overall lifestyle. After seeing countless posts on social media about Beam Wellness I decided to give it a shot.
