Great store for bead seekers!! The staff is very friendly & helpful.
Today I went in for the first time. There were beads everywhere and it was nice to see a variety in there. I asked the manager for help with looking for beads and she wasn't nice or helpful at all. She was nice to someone who appeared to be a regular customer with the small talk they did. The customer service was very poor and lacking so much that it was a huge disappointment. I asked about a specific item and even had an example in hand but I was waved on and was told that it could be over there on the wall but I don't know... read more
