Excellent! I Need to take the time to write this about my experience. Coming to the end of my mortgage agreement, I must admit, I wasn’t looking forward to changing as I had been on a great percentage rate for 5 years. We had Emanuel Fernandes has our mortgage advisor and we couldn’t be happier. He was absolutely brilliant through out the all process. We honestly couldn’t done it without, with all ups and downs that it comes with buying a property he was always there to clarify all our questions. Thank you once again!
