Customer Service is AWESOME! – The only problem we had at this store was finding it. It is kind of tricky to find, just remember it is behind Starbuck's. The owners' are extremely helpful, and they hold classes there for people who want to learn how to make jewelry. They have a little selection of beads, but they have a huge assortment of charms, and seed beads. They also have a huge section of findings! Best Bead Shop in Town – Love this bead shop. Jason and the others are great sales people, helping you and even offering technique suggestions. They have unique and unusual at very good prices. the store is not full of standard items you can buy anywhere as they are small. But if you need silver, plated, pewter, imported beads, seed, delica, unique pendants and charms, they are a staple to my shopping. they give hands on lessons reasonably showing you steps and techniques along the way.
