Rude, lacking customer service skills. (your made to feel like you should be honored to walk thru her door step) A bead store that doesn't teach beading classes other than simple stringing. Her classes should be named pete and repeat nothing new unless an over priced traveling author comes to town to promote a book. I just love Bead Bistro. I take most of the classes that are offered and have thoroughly enjoyed every one of them, and having somebody help every step of the way leaves me with a lovely piece of jewelry and everything that I need in the way of supplies to go home and make it again. I did a search for classes that are offered by the same artists that come in to teach, and Bead Bistro is ALWAYS cheaper than they are being offered elsewhere.
