I ordered two items in September and have yet to receive them. I have sent several emails and got one reply. One item was to have been a birthday present.. the only answer I have gotten is there was a lot of sales on these items. No expected ship date or any satisfactory answer. Still waiting for an answer to my last email. Most of the reviews I read were positive so I am still ho[ping to get my order or an explanation.
