Be ready for an extra $40 charge if you go on a night or weekend. oh yea and they dont tell you about it until you get their bill and have to call asking about it. And expect your bill to not show up half the time or to come 9 months later. Their triage system also needs fixing to say the least.

We brought my daughter in with an ear ache so bad she was in tears. Check in goes good. We are told about 45 min wait. Not too bad for urgent care that does online check in. Well my daughters name disappears off the screen. We aren’t called back. After a few minutes, my husband goes to see what is going on. They re check her in but at the end of a 3 hour line!
