Reception area extremely small, which makes it extremely difficult with walkers or wheelchair. Small dog under one of the chairs at entrance, though may seem welcoming for some, put others on high anxiety especially when it's hidden, causing surprise. Very bad layout for accessibility, making it feel very unwelcome.
Asked for their services no call back . Got ripped off by another lawyer Downtown $2200 to witness signing 4 documents. Would have been nice to get some type of communication that they are too busy or something in the way of a call back. Don’t bother they are obviously loaded enough to not need your business.
I used Beacon Law to sell a home. They are very friendly and have nice offices, but there has been a lack of urgency and a failure to communicate at every step. I would not recommend Beacon Law if you have a timeline to meet or expect to be kept up to speed as things progress.
