The care and consideration given to my Mother in her final days was truly exceptional. I have to praise the leadership of Suzanne and her remarkable team - Sarah, Jenny, and Toby, all so sensitive and comforting - and the men - Adie, Alex, Luca were wonderful, too. (All the staff should be commended) I think the response to all the things they have to do each day is sincere and careful.
