I have to tell you, this company is a gem to work for! I get quick responses from case managers like Brandon. He jumps through hoops, making sure everything is perfect in a timely manner. The staff collaborates with the nurses, patients, and caregivers to get the ultimate care needed for EACH PATIENT!! This is so huge for me because I have seen time and time again that patients fall through the cracks, not getting the care that they truly need. To me, that makes a company stand out. Patients first! The way it should be!
What an amazing company to work for. I am able to give back and help those in the community while maintaining employment during my available hours. The staff is amazing and the clients are the best.
I had used Beacon for 15 months then they fired my caregiver because of me quoting Federal labor laws to them for not paying my caregiver. And with no notice to me of dropping me as a client and having open wounds on my legs that needed to be wrapped several times a day by my caregiver. So I would not recommend Beacon as a home health care provider.
