My mom has lived in the independent living building at Beacon Hill for 1.5 years and is thriving there. She previously lived 1 mile away for 47 years. I love that she is still close to her bank, grocery store, and post office. It's a great spot in the Glen Lake area of Minnetonka. My wife and I have lived at Beacon Hill Terrace just two months. We sold our home of 47 years within a few days of moving in. The city of Minnetonka has been a favorite for many years. Just a year ago we came to look at the community. The experienced staff including Melissa and Luke welcomed us and introduced us to residents and staff as we looked at a two bedroom apartment. After dragging their heels for years, my parents loved their time here and wished they hadn’t taken so long to make the move. It is a lovely place lead and cared for by lovely people of faith. We’re grateful for the gift it was to our parents, and us as a result. Their end unit overlooking the woods was so peaceful with a lot of glorious light, which Mom especially loved.

We have a friend who has lived here for several years now. Any time we visit the staff is very friendly and helpful. I had heard good things about Presbyterian Homes and have been impressed by this location. Clean, not so big that you feel "lost"... Very nice array of activities from what I've seen. They are definitely doing something right!!
