My wife and I have lived at Beacon Hill Terrace just two months. We sold our home of 47 years within a few days of moving in. The city of Minnetonka has been a favorite for many years. After dragging their heels for years, my parents loved their time here and wished they hadn’t taken so long to make the move. It is a lovely place lead and cared for by lovely people of faith. We’re grateful for the gift it was to our parents, and us as a result. Their end unit overlooking the woods was so peaceful with a lot of glorious light, which Mom especially loved.
We have a friend who has lived here for several years now. Any time we visit the staff is very friendly and helpful. I had heard good things about Presbyterian Homes and have been impressed by this location. Clean, not so big that you feel "lost"... Very nice array of activities from what I've seen. They are definitely doing something right!!
My mom has been living at Beacon Hill for 10+ years. She has had apartments in both The Terrace (independent living) and The Commons (assisted living). In both cases, the apartments are well designed and nicely kept. The care she has received has been tender and loving, and we are so comforted knowing that she is in such good hands!
