Beacon keeps having problem after problem (and they are progressively getting worse). What is going on with them? Back in July, I told Beacon that I would be traveling to Ohio weeks before I Ieft. I told them not to mark my transactions as potentially "suspicious" because it would be me actually using my card. Guess what? When I tried to buy things in Ohio, my debit card got declined and Beacon declared my transactions as "suspicious" anyway even though I told them weeks in advance where I would be at. This is an outstanding credit union that really cares about it's members and their needs!
Friendly and knowledgeable staff. They will do everything to help if you have an account with them. I was out of town and had a cash emergency. They were able to help me find a sister bank for a withdrawal. It really saved my bacon!
