I've been with Beacon for decades, before it was even called Beacon and they've always been there for me. Courteous staff, super-easy online banking. I've never had to worry about my finances in their hands.
I have been with Beacon Credit Union for close to 20 years and have never had a bad experience. I have visited other locations over the years but mostly deal with everyone in the New Haven, Indiana branch and I have nothing but great things to say about everyone there and any service I have had. I know at times I have so many questions about decisions, they never tell me what to do but simply give me all the information so that I can make a good, informed decision. The lady's in the actual bank are wonderful. However customer service via phone is AWFUL and RUDE.
