There is absolutely no reason to use this institution. Customer service at the Auburn Grandstaff location is hit or miss on how rude they are on the phone, they do not offer any way to deposit cash off site, they will never complete a mobile deposit in a timely manner, and every electronic transfer is delayed as long as possible. It will take them 3 days to transfer money electronicaly to an external account, every other bank I have ever used or seen it will happen instantly, lastly the app is about 5 years behind ANY other ... read more
Really great customer service as soon as I walked in the door the teller asked how I was doing and what I needed. She helped me open my account and gave me all the information that I needed to open a checking and savings account. She was very knowledgeable and easy to understand and answered all my questions.
