I am posting this concerning the Beacon VISA Card that I did have. I recently paid the balance off according to my Statement. 4K +/- and .33cents. Paid the balance off however forgot to add the .33 cents. This month I get a statement for my VISA Account and I owe them $55.00. How is it that Beacon CU works with a CC Provider that operates this way? I called the CC Company and was basically told I was screwed. To say the least that CC has been cut-up. I will not use them again. Very disgusting. Dennis
Beacon keeps having problem after problem (and they are progressively get worse). What is going on with them? Back in July, I told Beacon that I would be traveling to Ohio weeks before I Ieft. I told them not to mark my transactions as potentially "suspicious" because it would be me actually using my card. Guess what? When I tried to buy things in Ohio, my debit card declined, and Beacon declared my transactions as "suspicious" anyway even though I told them weeks in advance where I would be at.
