TERRIBLE. I actually wish there were zero stars to give but the customer service team has definitely gotten worse over the years. The card services are horrible as well. For example, I've communicated with them numerous times prior to me leaving my state, but it still declines when I go out of the state anyway. It's very embarrassing and I also get declined if I shop online after 12:00 midnight. Also, let's not forget if I shop somewhere new, the same thing happens (there's money available of course). A sister bank to my credit union. I have never recent bad service with Beacon. Very polite and professional
Im switching. I don't have a choice. I can't deal with the disrespect and unnecessary attitude any more!!!! Just unfortunate I have to wait a week. I'm so done with it. I don't deserve it at all.
Beacon is a shared branch… I had an issue with my account from a different branch. Beacon fixed it and then called me to ensure I knew it was corrected.
